Kyutai's modular open-source voice stack that wraps any OpenAI-compatible text LLM with Kyutai STT 1B (EN/FR, semantic voice activity detection so it won't interrupt mid-sentence) and TTS 1.6B voice cloning, at ~450ms end-to-end in production. Needs 16GB+ VRAM on x86_64 Linux; the cascaded design loses emotion and intonation vs end-to-end Moshi.
