Ai2 (Allen Institute for AI) · Robot Learning Sim
ToyBlocks
ToyBlocks is an open simulation framework for robot learning and evaluation, built around a robot arm and blocks on a tabletop, and is the first of Ai2's proposed FoundationWorlds. It automatically generates skills, using reinforcement learning in Isaac Lab, and task demonstrations, using a task-and-motion planner, with the page reporting up to 24 times real-time generation on a single GPU. Evaluations also report metrics beyond success rates, such as execution speed, forces and task progress. The page does not state a licence.
