Enoch v0.6.1

A reference implementation of an agent-owned personal agent that lives in your environment and evolves through shared history, keeping persistent identity separate from the replaceable runtime and reasoner so it can migrate across model backends without losing continuity. Ships modular skills: code for inspecting and modifying, work for isolated worktree execution with queuing and recovery, evolve for scanning feedback to propose self-evolution candidates, learn, and inherit for adopting ancestor skills. It proposes tested reviewable changes and leaves adoption to a human. Apache-2.0, Python, v0.6.1 on 2 August.
