An agent skill, also a Claude Code plugin, for building scroll-driven websites with coding agents. It ships a scroll engine with video scrubbing, pinned sections and sideways rails, eight page layouts that rule each other out, a fingerprint check that makes each new build differ from earlier ones, and typography and spacing rules with a refuse list that bans gradient text, invented statistics and AI-purple gradients. A headless-browser pass checks for dead scroll, text that never fully appears and per-line contrast. v0.3.0 added a process drawn from ten approved client sites, and v0.3.1 on 30 September brought security and Windows fixes.
