Papermorph

An agent skill that turns a PDF book into an animated, narrated, interactive web book, running a pipeline from book plan to storyboards, narration, animation and quizzes. It installs with npx skills add and runs as /papermorph in Claude Code. The author built it with Opus 5.5 and reports that GPT-6.1 Sol also runs it well and Sonnet 5.5 works with rough edges. A live bookshelf holds two maths books and three physics chapters. Image models, multilingual output and background music are not supported yet.
