RL Control of QEC
Reinforcement learning agent that reads the error-detection stream a quantum computer already produces during correction and retunes thousands of control parameters mid-computation, with no shutdown for recalibration. On the Willow processor it held logical error 3.5x more stable against drift and set a surface-code record of 7.72e-4 error per cycle.
