CopilotKit's open-source template for always-on AI coworkers, created on 29 September, the day OpenAI launched Dots, and following OpenMuse and OpenTag from the same team. Each Dot gets a name, role, instructions and permitted tools, plus an optional persistent computer with browser, files and terminal, per-Dot permissions and human takeover. You can text it, call it with realtime speech while another agent keeps working, or mention it in Slack. Approve-or-decline cards gate saves into Spaces, a nested document workspace.
