Bun Rust Rewrite

Bun's creator ported the runtime from Zig to Rust in 11 days using ~64 parallel Claude instances - 6,778 commits, ~$165k in API spend. v1.4.0 is the first Rust release: binaries ~20% smaller, Bun.serve +4.8%, memory over 2,000 builds down from 6.7GB to 609MB. Zig creator Andrew Kelley called the result 'a million lines of unreviewed slop'.
