Turns a rooted Android phone into a voice endpoint for a local agent over MCP, so Hermes or OpenClaw can place and take real cellular calls on your SIM. Speech runs through OpenAI, ElevenLabs or local Supertonic; contacts, call history and recordings stay on the handset. Fails closed on policy or health errors and only talks to the desktop over authenticated USB. AGPL-3.0.
